About Our Temple
Sri Subramanyeswara Swamy Temple at Mopidevi enshrines a swayambhu (self-manifested) Bala Subrahmanya emerging from an anthill. The kshetram is famed for its serpent legends, Rahu–Ketu shanti rituals, and the living tradition of clay offerings initiated by the devout potter Veeravarapu Parvathalu.
The temple is renowned for Skanda Shashti celebrations, Karthika Masam special poojas, and daily abhishekams. Devotees from across the country visit this sacred shrine to seek blessings for progeny, health, and prosperity.
